I am very excited but very scared at the same time. A lot of people have asked me why would you do something like that if you are so thin. Well I dont tell many people why but for some reason it is easier behind a computer screen. Not only am I doing it to want to shred xmas weight, and get healthier but I have a disease called proclitis (like colitis but a bit different). You can google it if you want, trust me I have a gazillion times. I refuse to take medication well because I am scared of it, (also suffer from anxiety) But also because I know if I eat right then I dont get flare ups. Well right now I am flaring up, because of the holiday season and eating like crap, and drinking a lot I am in the middle of a big flare up. I cant tell you how much anxiety I get from this. My stomach is hard I dont feel well. </span></b><br />

<b><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">I have decided to do this Greens Reboot, not only because I know what alkane/acid means (and if you dont please research or also youtube it to see how you can change your health) But knowing what "juicing has done for many people" Helping them with so many diseases and making them feel alive again. And YES it helps with weight loss! Joel Dunn lost 20pounds in 10 days which is amazing!! I am very excited about this, and I stated earlier that I am scared.... Yes I am scared I am going to fall off the wagon. Food is tasty and comfort and I love it... so thats why I decided to do this, to keep myself accountable. Blogging has always been something I wanted to do and yes this is my first "real blog" was talking to a "blogger" friend earlier and she said its like talking to yourself, and it is!
